Last week, I was a guest on Good Morning Reno and Good Day Sacramento to talk about principles of juggling that can help us to manage stress and improve balance and productivity in life. On Good Morning Reno, host Amanda Sanchez and I demonstrated how to Break it Down and Ask for Help by tossing scarves to each other in a side-by-side partner juggle! Watch here…

On Good Day Sacramento, I got a little help from host Tina Macuha to prioritize and juggle 4 balls while hula-hooping. And yes, Tina, I’ll definitely take you up on your offer to stop by again the next time I’m out west!
