Growth Igniters Radio Podcast: Interview with Pam and Scott Harper on the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between all parts of our lives. It can be challenging, but when we feel more balanced, we can be open to new ideas and start to redefine what’s possible for ourselves and our businesses. I offer three action steps listeners can take immediately to create more balance and success in their personal and work lives.

Good Day Philadelphia: Sharing tips learned from juggling about how to reduce stress, find balance, and have a ball during the joyous holiday season. The start of the new year is a perfect time to reflect on what we accomplished over the past year, where we may not have met our goals, and reassess what we’d like to focus on and work towards in the future.

Talking points…

• Work-Life Balance: How to Juggle it All. Skills to create a dynamic balance and strengthen connections between the “balls” of life. Lessons from juggling can help us reduce stress as we identify our own priorities and pattern.

• Power of Practice: Building Systems for Success. Actions taken or objectives given without direction, coaching, or proper practice can negatively impact growth and results. Leaders must identify priorities and establish sustainability through consistent practice…just like learning to juggle 5 balls!

• Women: The Master Jugglers. It’s been said that women are natural multi-taskers. Jen talks about how to keep more balls in the air with confidence and ease, offering strategies for building a fulfilling and whole life as we strive for balance.

• Team Building & Collaboration: Juggling the Possibilities Together. Building a strong, cohesive team, as well as mutually beneficial client relationships and business partnerships can be powerful tools for productivity, goal achievement, and creative problem solving and critical for any strategic planning process. With more hands working together effectively, teams can juggle more in less time, with less stress, and greater satisfaction.

• Career Transition: Following a Passion. Jen shares her story of transitioning from life as a cubicle-bound structural engineer to her work as a professional juggler to life as a speaker and educator. She offers tips to get unstuck and take that first step into something new, encouraging others to follow their passion and embrace what they were meant to do.

I look forward to incorporating your show theme and listener interests around these topics and am flexible if the host wants to go in a different direction. Let’s talk!
