I was thrilled to share a bit of my story and some strategies for managing stress on Huffington Post Live this afternoon.
In addition to the act of juggling itself being a great form of stress relief, the principles of juggling can also help teach us how to balance various tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, especially during the busy holiday season with stress levels on the rise.
Once mastered, juggling can become very zen and meditative, and as host Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani said at one point, “We’re all kind of transfixed!”
